Policies

We ship within the United States and to Canada. We do not currently ship to other countries.

Orders within the United States of $75 or more ship free. U.S. orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $7. Orders to Canada ship for $24 for the first item plus $9 for each additional item.

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Estimated delivery, order to doorstep: 5–9 business days within the United States and 12–16 business days for Canadian orders. Carriers set transit times. They are estimates, not guarantees, and can be delayed by weather, holidays, and carrier volume.

Canadian orders: Import duties, taxes (including GST/HST), and customs fees are set by Canada and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the product price or shipping charge. Orders shipped to Canada are final sale and cannot be returned. If customs holds, seizes, or returns an order, we are unable to issue a refund. To stay within Canada’s personal-import rules, we recommend ordering no more than a 90-day supply of any one product.
